Role Overview:

Myant is a leading innovator in the field of textile-based technology, leveraging advanced materials and smart fabrics to enhance human health and wellness. With our cutting-edge developments in wearables, we aim to revolutionize how the world approaches personal care and health monitoring. We are looking for a Director, Business Development – Employer Channel to lead Myant Health’s expansion into corporate health, employee benefit programs, and occupational health partnerships.

This leader will build relationships with large employers, insurance carriers, benefits administrators, and corporate wellness platforms to position Myant’s SKIIN platform as a next-generation health operating system for workforce health and longevity.

The role requires a highly proactive commercial leader capable of engaging executive decision-makers including HR leaders, benefits directors, and corporate executives, while developing scalable partnerships with benefit providers and insurance organizations.

This individual will be responsible for driving adoption of Myant Health programs within industries such as heavy industry, banking, automotive manufacturing, energy, and large-scale employers.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, this role will be critical in building Myant’s Employer Health Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Market Expansion

Develop and execute a commercialization strategy targeting:
 

  • Fortune 1000 employers
  • Manufacturing companies
  • Heavy industry employers (e.g. oil and gas)
  • Financial institutions
  • Technology companies
     
Position Myant as the health platform supporting employee longevity, preventative care, and workforce productivity.
 

Employer Health Programs

Develop partnership models that integrate Myant technology and digital ecosystem into new and existing corporate health programs, including:

  • Cardiometabolic screening
  • Cardiac monitoring programs
  • Musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment 
  • Preventative health screening
  • Executive health programs
  • Workplace safety monitoring
     

Strategic Partnerships

Establish relationships with:

  • Benefits consultants
  • Insurance carriers
  • Third-party administrators (TPAs)
  • Corporate wellness platforms
  • Occupational health providers
     

Direct Employer Engagement

  • Build relationships with HR executives, benefits leaders, and corporate health directors.
  • Develop pilot programs with large employers to demonstrate ROI through improved health outcomes and reduced healthcare costs.
     

Market Education

  • Educate employers on the economic impact of preventative health monitoring and early disease detection.
  • Position Myant as a platform that reduces healthcare costs while improving employee well-being.
     

Commercial Growth

  • Develop business models tailored specifically to the wellness models of developing partners 
  • Build a pipeline of large enterprise clients.
  • Structure multi-year contracts and scalable corporate deployments.
  • Support expansion into global employer health programs.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in business development or enterprise sales within:
    • Employee benefits
    • Digital health
    • Occupational health
    • Health insurance
    • Corporate wellness platforms
       
  • Experience selling to:
    • HR leaders
    • Benefits directors
    • Corporate executives
       
  • Deep understanding of employer-sponsored health programs.
  • Strong relationships with benefits brokers or insurance carriers are preferred.
  • Proven ability to secure enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to open new markets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet corporate partners.
  • Extensive experience developing business and financial models for large corporations
