Human Resources Coordinator

THE POSITION:

At Myant, we are looking for a Junior HR professional to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties.

  • 2-5 years experience.
  • Your role is to act as the liaison between Executives and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
  • You will also support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
  • You should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and conduct initial orientation to the newly hired employees.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Back-up to following functions: From time to time you may be asked to help with the following:

  • Greet  visitors and answer calls at reception
  • Prepare coffees for visitors, order lunches and clean up dishes
  • Perform the invoicing function in the accounting system
  • Code and verify purchase orders against invoices
  • Prepare bi-weekly Payroll summary spreadsheets
